EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AFTER RECIEVING IT, IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

The only circumstances whereby product(s) is applicable for exchange/refund :

– Item that is faulty due to manufacturing factors,
– In a different color/product code or product size as stated in the purchase confirmation

Please contact customer_service@mizphenix.com within 7 days from receiving the product(s) and we will offer a replacement. After 7 days, this product(s) will be deemed unfit for exchange. Do kindly note that all replacement are subjected to stock availability.

We will deliver the exchange item to you by free postage (within 15-20 working days) after we receive the faulty item. In turn, customer has to return the faulty item to us by post at his or her own cost.

Items that have become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not applicable for any kind replacement/exchange/refund.

In this case, under the company’s policy, the items to be exchanged must be in a ready-to-sell condition. (Ready-to-sell condition means that the condition of the items is new and unused, has not changed or been damaged. Price tag, OCPB tag, and brand tag has to remain attached to the items and in the same condition that the company delivers to the customers).

We will exchange the faulty/wrong item within 15-20 working days after receiving an item, with no extra charges (post fee). We reserve the right to inspect the items before agreeing to the exchange. We also reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on any merchandise that does not meet our policy requirements and it will be sent back to you.

Otherwise, no cancelation of order or exchange of color/size is allowed once order is placed.

Alternatively, you may only exchange for any item of the same or higher value. We are not liable to refund difference in prices if you choose to exchange an item with a lower value than the original item. However, if you decide exchange for an item with a higher value, it remains your responsibility to pay for the difference in prices.

If the exchange item is out of stock, we will process your cash refund.

In case of returning/exchanging, because of the above stated causes, customers can send back to company by postal means only. Customer can reuse our box by reversing to another side.

All refunds will be established via third party payment processors – Paypal / Stripe (Alipay) and the company is not liable for any delay during the process of refund, or the delay of the refund itself.

Sending exchange items by post

Send the exchange item with the receipt in original packaging (if possible) and also filling the returning form by post. All exchange items will be inspected and we will contact you within 5 working days of receiving via email.

If we do not find the defect or damage on the item as per your statement, the item will be returned to sender.

It usually takes 15-20 working days for an exchange item to be delivered to you by post.

We are not responsible for postage fee incurred from exchange goods. Customer has to pay the postal fee and the difference in price, if any, after we send the invoice via email within 7 days. Please note that we will send the new one to customer after receiving the payment of the additional fee.

The Company reserves the right to refuse all return and exchange items, which were listed as discounted products.

The Company reserves the right to accept the exchange items bought from E-store only.

By placing/confirming an order with us, you have agreed to comply by our terms and conditions unconditionally.
